The switch is only half the product.
RNC develops the switch, the electronics, the firmware and the software around it as one system. So every layer can be engineered around your product: its form, its functions, its interface, its tools.
One system, four layers
Most suppliers sell a component and leave the rest to you. RNC engineers the whole chain, and each link in it is open to customization.
We built it for our own product line: the PT Plus Configurator

The live view: what the product is doing right now, with the timers counting down.
Change what you need. Nothing reaches the product until you save.
Armed for a run. The amber bar and its stop button stay on every screen until you finish.
Licence state, and a diagnostic log you can send to RNC when you choose to.
We built it for our own product line. The PT Plus Configurator is an Android app that connects to a PT Plus switch in the field and shows it live: what the product is doing, every setting it runs, the timers counting down in real time.
An installer changes the control settings on site and every value written is read back and verified. A production line programs entire runs - arm once, then connect product after product, each one programmed, verified and confirmed with a beep. Configurations travel as files, so a whole project can be prepared at a desk and flashed on site. And when something needs support, one press sends the technical exchange straight to the support desk, so an engineer sees exactly what the product is doing without travelling.
Licensing, activation, a licence server, update distribution through Google Play - the full commercial wrapper, built and running.
See the PT Plus ConfiguratorYour product. Your name on it.
The software is built for rebranding from the first line of code. Every brand element - the name, the logo, the colours, the support contacts, the licence terms, even the server it talks to - lives in one configuration layer, separate from everything the software does. A partner edition is a configuration exercise, not a rewrite: your branding, your licence server, your customers, with the engineering underneath already field-proven.
The same applies down the stack. Your functions in the firmware. Your housing around the electronics. Your name on the tool your customers hold.
How an engagement runs
Your application, your settings, your users - what the product must do and who configures it.
Firmware, electronics and software shaped to the definition. The proven core stays; the product-specific layer is built around it.
Your identity across the product and its tools, through to app-store presence where wanted.
Production, updates, licensing infrastructure and second-line support, carried by RNC for the life of the product.
